I love photographing weddings and families here. It is a lovely location for Cape Cod Portrait photography and stunning weddings. The staff is great as well and the food for the weddings we have photographed has been excellent.

We got married here in July 2021 and it will always be one of our most favorite days. First of all Jennifer Perry is an angel on earth. She helped us every step of the way and ended up becoming a dear friend. We worked together for almost 2 years since we ended up having to postpone our wedding originally planned for LDW 2020 due to covid. It was a time filled with a lot of unknowns and our only constant was Jennifer. In the end everything worked out wonderfully and we along with our guests had the absolute best time. Not only did we work closely with Jennifer on the planning but on the actual day of the wedding, Jennifer literally helped with everything. She assisted the bar, helped with the table set up, helped with my veil, and made sure everything was set up exactly how her and I discussed. If you have the opportunity to work with Jennifer for your Wedding Day it is such a privilege, she is fantastic!! She will do anything she can to be as accommodating as possible. As for the venue, it's beautiful. Located right on the beach offering stunning views and a good size for your guests to spread out, allowing room for tables and a great dance floor space. We had a band who also fit perfectly on the upper deck and we able to keep the dance floor going all night long. Run, don't walk to book The Poppy. A quintessential cape cod venue.

Very nice restaurant, classy and our first time here... Had our anniversary dinner here while on vacation and were very pleased. The food was excellent and the service was first class. Great menu

We had the most amazing experience getting married at the Popponesset Inn, and from our very first visit, we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our special day. The vibe of the Inn and the beautiful tent is truly magical. The venue, located right on the beach in Mashpee, MA, offers a stunning, unique setting that’s hard to beat. As you move through the building and step into the tent, the view is absolutely breathtaking—everyone who sees it for the first time is completely blown away by the beauty. The staff at the New Seabury Country Club, which operates the Popponesset Inn, is top-notch. Jennifer, the Director of Catering Sales, was our event coordinator and she was simply the best! From the moment we met her, her warmth, positivity, and excitement for our big day put us at ease. Many of the staff members have worked there for years, and it’s clear they are dedicated to making each event flawless. We felt confident that everything would go smoothly, and it absolutely did. We chose the Grand Reception with food stations, and the food was nothing short of spectacular. From the cocktail hour appetizers to the dinner, everything was delicious and plentiful. Our guests raved about the food, and we loved how everyone could choose exactly what they wanted, with plenty of options for all tastes. The gluten-free and vegetarian choices were a huge plus and made our planning much easier. The staff was incredibly efficient, particularly during the room flip from ceremony to reception. They made sure that we, along with our families, had drinks or anything else we needed throughout the evening. We also requested signature cocktails, along with mocktails, and the bar team was so accommodating, making sure everything was just right. We can't recommend the Popponesset Inn enough. If you're looking for a stunning, unique venue with excellent food and a professional, attentive staff, this is the place to be. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more—thank you to everyone at the Popponesset Inn for making it unforgettable!

Outstanding setting, food, drinks, service and atmosphere. My wife and I had an excellent view of sunset from our dinner table. It comes with a price but go ahead and treat yourself- and a someone special. Looks like a great place for a wedding party in a gigantic tent on the beach. Highly recommended.

With its beach access just steps away from your ceremony/reception location, The Popponesset Inn is a clear favorite for holding a Cape Cod wedding. This Mashpee wedding venue is such a dream to photograph at from its beautiful tented area to the sandy beach for stunning seaside portraits.
